What to Expect
In the interest of full transparency, I want to be totally up front about what you can expect when you send me a message.
I am a one-man show and PM Perspective is my “side gig.” I’m gainfully employed and my work keeps me VERY busy. I’m also a husband and a father. All of which is to say, I have a very full plate.
I pledge to respond to service inquiries (sales support, technical support and refunds) within 24 hours. For all other types of messages, I promise to read and respond but, be aware, it may take a a few days to do so, depending on volume.
I’d like to finish off by saying THANK YOU for deciding to reach out. I value the connection we’ve made and I promise never to take your interest for granted.
